I tend to think of humans as machines, it is strange as machines are actually designed after humans. A photographic camera, for example, is an imitation of the human eye. Nevertheless, I think it is a really successful way of understanding how humans "work". When I think about inductive reasoning this image comes to my mind:
Good morning Luz Maria!
ResponderEliminarI am going to use the "two stars and a wish" model that you can often find in Primary schools. Basically the two stars are thigns you think are fabulous, and the wish is something you would love to see happen.
Star 1 - YOU ARE AMAZING! I love the way you write your blog entries.
Star 2 - YOUR CONNECTION WITH THE TOPICS - this is a great example of posting some thoughts that come to your mind connected to TOK, but not actually part of your homework. I LOVE IT!
My wish - For you to share your own ideas more in class. I know it can be hard sometimes to be assertive and open up in front of others, but it is almost criminal that you keep your thoughts to yourself - you have so much going on in your mind that you really need to share it with us all. We will all grow so much listening to you, and being challenged by you and what you think!
I promise to make more of an effort to give you a platform from which to speak in lesson, and if you feel I have let you down by not doing so more up until now, I apologise.
Have a lovely weekend!
Mr Tomalin
